How many patients have gone quiet
Counted, not estimated. You get the exact number, how far back it goes, and how many of them you can still reach.
The dormant list audit
I read your booking export, find everyone who has gone quiet, and show you what they are worth. Free for my first few clinics.
Your patient names and clinical detail never leave your system.

The audit
Most clinics know the dormant list exists. Very few know how big it is or what it is worth, because nobody has ever sat down and counted it.
Counted, not estimated. You get the exact number, how far back it goes, and how many of them you can still reach.
Worked out from your average ticket and your own rebooking history. Your numbers, not an industry average I found on a vendor's blog. I show the arithmetic.
The win-back sequence I would run, in order, with the messages written out. If you want to run it yourself, run it yourself. The plan is yours either way.
How it works
A CSV out of your booking system. Visit dates and ticket totals are enough.
No patient names, no contact details, no clinical or treatment notes. Nothing that identifies a person needs to leave your system for me to count and price the list.
Two or three days. If anything in your data looks off, I ask you before I assume.
A short walkthrough video and the sheet behind it. Yours to keep, whatever you decide afterwards.
The terms
I am early, and I would rather have the result than the fee. My first few clinics get this at no cost. If it turns out useful, all I ask is permission to reference the outcome when I talk to other clinics. If it does not, you keep the report and we are done. No invoice, no follow-up sequence, no catch I have not already told you about.
What happens after. Nothing automatic. If the audit shows the list is worth chasing and you want me to run the win-back myself, that is paid work and I will quote it off the numbers the audit produced, so you can see what you are buying before you decide. If you would rather run it in-house, the plan is already yours. Either answer is fine, and neither one costs you anything today.
About
I am Rajvardhan. I am a computer science student in Hyderabad, India, and I build automation systems for small businesses.
I am putting myself through college, which is why I work the way I do. My first few clients get the work free, because right now I need the results in my portfolio more than I need their money. That trade is honest and I would rather say it out loud than dress it up.
What I do is narrow on purpose. Med-spas sit on lists of past patients who liked the work and simply drifted, and almost nobody goes back for them. That is the whole problem I have picked up. I would rather be genuinely good at one thing than passable at nine.
I will not invent a number to win your business. If your dormant list turns out to be small, or not worth chasing, I will tell you that and you will have lost nothing but the export.

Your clinic name and where to reach you is all I need. That is the whole ask.
